Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is listed on BSE (500696) and NSE (HINDUNILVR). Its registered office is Unilever House, Andheri East, Mumbai.
HUL reports four segments: Home Care, Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care and Foods. Foods covers Beverages, mainly tea and coffee; Lifestyle Nutrition, including Horlicks and Boost, which joined the portfolio with the 2020 acquisition of GSK Consumer Healthcare; and Packaged Foods, including Kissan, Knorr and Hellmann’s. Its FY2025-26 results presentation said Packaged Foods growth in the March 2026 quarter was led by Unilever Foods Solutions, ketchup and mayonnaise.
For FY2025-26 (year ended 31 March 2026) HUL reported consolidated turnover of Rs 63,763 crore. Foods segment revenue was Rs 14,061 crore, with underlying sales growth of 5%. The ice cream business was demerged into Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited with effect from 1 December 2025 and is reported as a discontinued operation.
