Finedale Foods is a contract food manufacturer at Bunwell in Norfolk. It was established in 2017 as a sister company to Frank Dale, and describes itself as a leader in chilled and frozen miniature formats and savoury pastry.
The factory makes miniature and full-size chilled and frozen products, including quiches, tartlets, canapés, bite-sized pies and cakes, mini bagels, scones and burgers, as well as bakery products, ready meals and ready-to-eat items. It operates low-risk and high-risk areas for cooked and ready-to-eat lines. Services include contract manufacturing, co-packing and scaled or batch production, with single-stage or multi-stage processes. The company can meet halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requirements and says the factory is nut, sesame and celery free. Customers include retailers, foodservice distributors, food-to-go operators, manufacturers, private label brands and travel companies.
