Rentokil PCI was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil, and presents itself as a Rentokil Initial brand. In 2024 it acquired HiCare. The company says it operates across 300 locations in India and offers commercial pest control for sectors including food processing, hotels, food retail and restaurants, healthcare, education, retail and construction.
For food processing facilities it describes an integrated approach, with a programme drawn up for each facility according to the type of processing and the ingredients and products involved. Its offer includes preventative measures, non-toxic treatments, detection technology and continuous monitoring, with field biologists helping customers obtain the reporting required for audits. It uses myRentokil, an online pest management reporting and analysis system, and says it uses only government (CIB) approved chemicals for treatment.
