UK food and drink exports fell in real terms in 2025 as imports grew
Updated Defra figures put 2025 food, feed and drink exports at £25.7bn, up 5% in cash but down 0.8% after trade inflation, while imports rose 6% to £67.8bn, or 5% in real terms.
