Delhi High Court halts FSSAI action over Emami’s Healthy & Tasty brand
Interim order of 15 October finds, prima facie, that FSSAI's 5 June notice gave no reason why the edible oil brand name misleads. No precipitative action until the next hearing on 15 February 2027.
