The Boatyard Distillery is investing almost GBP 2m in new mashing, fermentation and distillation equipment at its Enniskillen site, with GBP 510,000 of Invest NI support, Invest NI said on 21 September 2026. It aims to lift annual capacity from around 300,000 bottles to over 1.6 million.
