Lidl and Ocado gain share as UK grocery inflation rises to 2.5%
Take-home grocery sales rose 1.0% in the four weeks to 4 October against 2.5% price inflation, Worldpanel says. Lidl's share rose to 8.6% and Ocado's sales grew 12.4%.
