Mars, Incorporated describes itself as a private, family-owned company with businesses spanning snacking, food and nutrition, and petcare. Mars says it has completed its acquisition of Kellanova.
Food Engineering reported that the $36 billion Kellanova acquisition closed just before the end of 2025 and that the new Mars Snacking division brings Pringles, Cheez-It and Kellogg’s together with M&M’S, Snickers and Skittles. In India, Mars recruits through a Mars India careers site.
Food Engineering ranks Mars No. 5 in its 2026 Top 100 Food and Beverage Companies, up from No. 6 in 2025, with food sales of $65,000 million for the year to December 2025.
