Unilever PLC is a consumer goods company registered in London, with business groups in Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Home Care and Foods. It reported turnover of €50.5 billion in 2025, and its Foods business, which includes Knorr, Hellmann’s and Unilever Food Solutions, had turnover of €12.9 billion. Fernando Fernandez is Chief Executive Officer.
Unilever and McCormick have agreed to combine Unilever’s Foods business with McCormick, after which Unilever would operate across Beauty, Wellbeing, Personal Care and Home Care. Completion is subject to conditions including regulatory approvals and McCormick shareholder approval, and Unilever’s investor page gives no completion date. The foods business in India, Nepal and Portugal, Lifestyle Nutrition, Buavita and Lipton Ready-to-Drink are excluded from the deal. Food Engineering’s 2026 Top 100 Food and Beverage Companies ranks Unilever 36th, with food sales of US$15,136 million (€12,900 million) for the year to December 2025, out of total revenue of US$59,251 million.
